AppSpector: Clarity in a Crowded Market

AppSpector had a strong product—a powerful mobile debugging tool used by engineers at top tech companies—but zero visibility in the market. I helped AppSpector rethink their positioning and clarify their message to better resonate with their most valuable users. We started with customer and competitive research to identify gaps in the market, then used those insights to reshape their brand narrative and messaging framework. From there, I built the foundation for acquisition: a clear content strategy, high-leverage landing pages, and paid campaigns focused on high-intent segments.
