In a saturated SaaS space full of lookalike tools, clarity is everything. I helped shape the brand and go-to-market strategy for what would eventually become OneClickUpsell—positioning it not just as another conversion tool, but as a clear, valuable differentiator in a noisy market. Starting with user research and ICP definition, I clarified who the product was really for—and what problem it actually solved. From there, I led the development of the brand narrative, core messaging, and funnel architecture to drive traction and adoption.
